Gingerbread Baking Mix

Received as a gift from my generous cousin. My grandkids enjoyed the book but they play hide-and-seek throughout their house with Tomte all year long! The cake recipe mix is VERY delicious. Have not tried the recipe yet. This is a fun gift that keeps on giving!
Today is a grandson’s birthday. This cake was his request. He is very excited.

Cake was great! Frosting was easy and plenty of it. Great cake molds and easy to clean. Like that the cakes didn’t have much extra junk in them. Simple ingredients and then add u eggs etc.

I did not see this until after the holidays. I am saving it for next year. The pieces are solid and cute and I am looking forward to using it

What a fun story and treat to share . It has become my go to gift for little ones. Also enjoyed by their parents.

Everything about this is amazing. The cake mold will last forever. The cake mix and icing was absolutely delicious (and I was never a fan of gingerbread or buttercream but now I am)! Our family enjoyed everything, the book and illustrations, the cake mix and mold, and let’s not forget Tomte! Thank you for the new tradition that we plan to pass down for many generations to come.
