In the age of Amazon Prime, we realize that most of us are used to seeing our online deliveries at our doorstep within a quick 48hrs. While we can't compete with Amazon free overnight delivery, we are proud to say that all of our shipping is done in house by a small team that will eventually grow as we get bigger. For now, here is what we are able to offer for order fulfillment and shipping lead times.

Processing Times: 

While we strive to fulfill orders the same day they come in, this is completely dependent on how many orders we have to fulfill. Please expect 2 business days for your order to be processed. For example, if you place an order on a Saturday, your order should ship on Tuesday. This also applies to 2nd Day Air orders.

PLEASE NOTE: Our team has worked hard through the month of December to keep up with orders and will be taking a well-deserved break Dec. 24-31st. Orders placed during this time will be shipped beginning Jan 1. Thank you for understanding!

Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains your tracking number when your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it, and please reference that to find out what your delivery date is. We get many orders placed followed by an email asking when it will arrive. We are able to process orders faster if we are spending less time replying to those emails. 

Order Cancellation:  

Orders may be cancelled within a limited time frame after order placement. Please email us promptly at miranda@thetomtecake.com

Change of Address: 

We are not able to change the shipping address on your order after the package has left our warehouse. If you have not received a shipping notification, you may still be within the window. We ask that you take the checkout process slowly and read your address for accuracy before placing your order. 
NOTE: Order modifications are subject to approval. Once an order is in the shipping process, changes may not be possible.
